TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for using Renée and Co services (ABN: 55 898 012 351) Please read through all our terms and conditions so that you are well aware of our rights when booking services provided by Renée and Co. Booking with Renee and Co signifies you agree with our terms and conditions.
TERMS OF BOOKING
Appointment dates/times are not held or secured without a deposit. When agreeing to booking a time and date, your retainer must be paid within 48 hours.
MAKEUP APPOINTMENTS
All makeup appointments and bridal trials require a $50 deposit within 48 hours of confirming booking, and a minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your booking, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee.
WEDDING MAKEUP BOOKINGS
All Wedding makeup Bookings Require a 30% deposit to secure your reservation.
For weddings the balance is to be paid in full before the event day by DIRECT DEBIT. CASH will only be accepted on the day of event if paid at the commencement of our services.
PAYMENT
When paying your retainer via bank deposit, please put in description your name and date of booking. For example: RitaN 230817
The wedding/event date booking is not secure until a deposit is paid within 48 hours of confirmation. In some cases, for bridal services, the retainer will need to be paid before the trial to secure your date especially during peak season.
Once a deposit has been received to the nominated account, (an invoice) will be sent to your email.
Final payment of your invoice is due 14 days prior to your wedding/event date via bank deposit, or the remainder can be paid on the day in cash prior to commencing services. Payment types include, Direct Deposit into nominated account and cash. Should direct deposit payment method be chosen, you are required to email info@reneeandco.com.au a payment receipt provided to you by your bank.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES
A minimum of 48 hours to cancel or reschedule your booking, otherwise your deposit will be charged as a cancellation fee unless medical emergency or family emergency, where proof will need to be provided.
If no deposit is taken at the time of booking your makeup appointment, then a cancellation fee still applies if less than 48 hours notice is given.
We reserve the right to terminate your booking if at any time for any reason including the day of the event if it is due to client(s) representatives behaviour, actions or inactions that causes distress to the artist. Aggressive behaviour, rude or obnoxious behaviour will not be tolerated.
LATE FEE
If you are late for an appointment and/or an appointment exceeds the scheduled time that we have allowed as a result of delays, an additional fee of $15 at 15 minute increments will be charged on top of the total cost of your service/s.
In the event that you are significantly late and I do not have sufficient time to complete the service/s before my next scheduled appointment, you will be liable for the full cost of the service/s.
TRAVEL & Accomodation
Travel 20km’s or less is at a flat rate of $20.00. Any travel over 20km's is charged at $1.00 per kilometer from Doncaster East, VIC, 3109 return.
Toll fees applied when applicable.
Any services outside of Melbourne and surrounding suburbs may incur accommodation fee.
Renee and Co will confirm your total travel/accommodation cost when confirming your booking.
PARKING
In circumstances when parking fees apply, the client will be required to cover the charges when makeup services are being conducted, for example hotel, permit and meter parking.
early starts & public holidays
Any bookings that require a start time before 7am will incur a flat rate of $100 to be added to the total cost of the booking.
A 15% surcharge will be added to the total cost of any bookings on public holiday.
REQUIREMENTS
Clients must ensure Renée and Co will be working in a suitable environment with adequate lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, is necessary for services to be performed.
A “set up” table/work area needs to be made available for the makeup artist at said location and a high chair or bar stool is requested but not necessary. Please let Renee and Co know if a high chair or bar stool cannot be provided.
HEALTH AND HYGIENE
All brushes, tools and makeup products are kept sanitary and are disinfected constantly and between each client application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the makeup artist prior to application and, if need be, a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction. Client(s) agree to release the makeup artist, Renée and Co from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions.
We are unable to perform makeup services for anyone with any major skin/eye irritations, or bacterial infections such as; cold sores, conjunctivitis, and dermatitis. Please inform Renée and Co of any skin irritations, infections, or allergies before your appointment.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Renée and Co requires information on whether the client has allergies. In no event shall Renée and Co have any liability for incidental, or consequential damages however characterised, for example eczema, sensitive skin and eyes.
PHOTOGRAPHS
Renée and Co reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of our make-up applications, and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes.
PRICE LIST
Renée and Co may update their price list without notice to you. However if you already have a booking, these prices will not affect you, including weddings that have been pre-booked and deposits paid with the original quote.
